Industrial rental specialist Indu-Tools has acquired the majority of the shares of Belgium-based I-Rental. Together, the companies have a large reach with eight branches with a focus on the Dutch, Belgian, French, and German markets. This makes it the largest independent industrial rental specialist in the Benelux. Hogenhouck m&a advised Indu-Tools shareholders in this transaction.
Machines and tools for industry and offshore
Indu-Tools is a specialist in the rental of machines and tools for the industry, metal, and offshore sectors. The company provides welding equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical tools, electricity, air, and light. Indu-Tools offers customers a total package of services during turnarounds and projects as well as on-site shops. Indu-Tools is located in Rotterdam, with branches in Beverwijk and at the sites of Esso and Shell in Rotterdam.
Industrial tools and utilities equipment
I-Rental focuses on the supply of industrial tools and temporary utilities such as light, air, and electricity. The company has offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Mons, Liège, and Le Havre (France).
Use rental fleet even more efficiently

The daily management of Indu-Tools and I-Rental will remain unchanged. A newly established group management team will work together on various integration themes. The new group has about 100 employees in total.
