Investor Gilde invests in NederCare

Investment fund Gilde participates in NederCare, a developer of software applications for Dutch healthcare institutions from Veenendaal. The size of the share of Gilde in exchange for the growth capital is not disclosed. What they did mention was that NederCare will form a new holding together with epd-supplier Impulse Info Systems, in which Gilde got involved last year. Mark Scharloo, technical director NederCare: ‘Both Impulse and NederCare develop modern software applications in co-creation with the customer. In the technical area, the challenges of the market like legislation, horizontal supervision, real time management information and eHealth overlap also. With the new size of scale and the support of investment fund Gilde, we can realise and implement solutions for the future quicker.’
