IT services company LOKO – based in Flevoland province – is sold and will be part of the hallo, group (previously Tritel Fieber), that provides IT solutions to SMEs. Hogenhouck advised the owners Ferry Schrijnewerkers and Mark de Vries in this transaction.
LOKO is a well known brand in the Flevoland province and in its 30 years, it has been a succesful provider of managed cloud services to hundreds of customers. LOKO was one of the first IT solutions providers to actively support its customers with a transition to cloud services. In addition to cloud services, LOKO also provides security services, consulting for Exact and Microsoft solutions, as well as the implementation and user adoption of new services.
With offices in Zeewolde and Almere, LOKO services mainly SMEs with 25-250 seats in central Holland. Among its customers are companies such as Mercedes Benz Global Training, Farm Dairy and Daklapack.
