Paardekooper Group takes over Van der Windt

The Paardekooper Group, distributor of packaging and disposables, has reached an agreement with the Clondalkin Group about the take-over of all the share of Van der Windt Group, producer and supplier of packaging and disposables. Both companies together have about 380 FTE’s and a year revenue of 250 million euro. The take-over needs to be approved by the NMA.

Both Paardekooper and Van der Windt are active in diverse markets, such as retail, foodservice, industry and the horti- and agriculture. The Van der Windt Group develops, produces and delivers plastic and cardboard packaging and disposables. Paardekooper Group is one of the biggest independent distributors of packaging and disposables in the Benelux.

A great milestone

The Paardekoop Group consists of Paardekooper Verpakkingen B.V. (Oud-Beijerland), Depa Disposables B.V. (Beuningen), Halma Packaging B.V. (Beuningen), Halma Packaging Ltd (UK), Halma Packaging Ltd (Hong Kong), Mecari Plastics (Oud-Beijerland) and Edeldruk (Rotterdam).
