He is followed by two professionals with six deals on their behalf: Leontine Koens Betz, Managing Partner at Accuracy, and Mark van Beusekom, co-founder of Hogenhouck. The top 5 is completed by Rob van Veldhuizen, head of ING Corporate Finance M & A Netherlands (5 deals), and Danny Bosker, Partner KPMG Corporate Finance (4 deals).

Medium-sized offices and boutiques

The M&A.nl top 10 of most deals is completed with two boutique M&A specialists who, like IMAP, have six deals on their behalf. First of all, Marktlink, a merger and acquisition specialist from Deventer. Finally, Hogenhouck has found itself in the M&A.nl top 10 of most deals. The Hague’s merger and acquisition office focuses mainly on mid-market deals (value between € 10 million and € 50 million), focusing in particular on the IT, industry, food and staffing sectors. Over the last six months Hogenhouck has acted as trusted advisor in several transactions from Infotheek Group (international exit to Altor Equity Partners and acquisitions of, among others, Scholten Awater and Centralpoint). In addition, Gilde Equity Management accompanied various acquisitions (Impulse, Nedercare and VIR, all active in IT Healthcare) and Hogenhouck was involved with Accuracy in the deal between Vellance and Sentia / Waterland. Hogenhouck’s focus is mainly on the IT market, with emphasis on hardware (like Infotheek, Scholten Awater, Centralpoint) and software (Greenvalley, Yellowstar, Impulse, Nedercare, VIR, Finalist), managed hosting (NetGround, Vellance) and managed services (Stepco-Advo, Lancom, Advisie), markets that have alot of dynamics.
