Software supplier Yellowstar Solutions acquired by ICT Group

Software supplier for supply chain solutions Yellowstar becomes part of the listed ICT Group. Yellowstar serves organizations in trade and logistics and has an annual turnover of approximately 8 million euros. Hogenhouck m&a advised the shareholders of Yellowstar in this transaction.

Yellowstar makes supply chains predictable

Yellowstar offers web-based solutions that provide real-time insight, access, and control in the supply chain. As of January 2021, the company has approximately 80 employees and reports annual turnover of approximately 8 million euros. Yellowstar, which was founded in 2009 and is based in Barendrecht, makes supply chains predictable and transparent. The company also realizes customized software solutions for transport management systems, dynamic planning boards, terminal operating systems, and customer and carrier portals. The software enables all partners in the supply chain to work together seamlessly 24/7.

ICT Group software offering expanded

The acquisition of Yellowstar is in line with ICT’s growth strategy. Yellowstar is active in the same geographic markets and strengths the position of ICT in industry, trade, retail, and logistics. With Yellowstar’s high-end and proprietary IP software for supply chain solutions, the software offering, and the recurring revenue base of ICT increases.

Own identity remains

Yellowstar continues to operate with its own identity and solutions for specific customer groups. The distinctive services and innovative approach in which people are first, will remain unchanged.
